  3. Add Eno mix it well. Smooth batter is ready. Grease idli plate with oil. Transfer the batter in idli plate.
  4. Steam idlis for 15 minutes. Rest it for cool.
  5. After cooling take out the idlis and serves with chutney /sambhar.
