  1. Cut Cauliflower into the pieces and boil it along with salt & Strain it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,add garlic, green chillies, heing, cumin seed & saute it.Now add Cauliflower into the pan and fry it for 1-2 min.Now add potato and peas along with salt & mix it nicely.
  3. Now add all spices and tomato and mix it,cover it to cook for 7-8 min.Then add kasoori methi and garam masala and saute it at high flame.
