The ingredients needed to make Fusili Pasta:
  1. Get 2 cups fusili pasta
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced
  3. Take 1/2 cup yellow capcicum sliced
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup green capcicum sliced
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup carrot sliced
  6. Make ready 4 tsp butter
  7. Take 2 tsp mixed herbs
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Take 2 tsp pepper powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp wheat flour
  11. Make ready 1 cup milk
  12. Prepare 1 cube cheese
  13. Prepare 1 tsp chilli flakes

Instructions to make Fusili Pasta:
  1. Boil fusili adding salt and oil. Remove from water, rinse in cold water and keep aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add sliced veggies saute for a while.
  3. Heat butter in a kadhai add wheat flour and roast till aroma now add milk and mix it well till thickens add salt, chilli, mixed herbs, cheese and mix it.
  4. To white sauce add pasta sauce and mix well add boiled pasta, sauteed veggies and mix all properly
  5. Take plate and serve hot.

Grains can be great for driving away a terrible mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are great at helping you have a happier mood. They help you feel full as well which can actually help to make your mood better. Feeling famished can be terrible! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not hard to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your sugar levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You were sure it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is chock-full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies show that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This helps improve your mental focus while calming the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you feel healthier. Now you are aware that green tea can help raise your mood as well!
