Place chicken in a large bowl. Add yogurt, black cumin, black pepper, hot spices powder, plums, red pepper powder, star anise, cinnamon stick, ginger garlic paste, and few drops of biryani essence.   5. Add yakhni n let and soaked rice bring it boil.. add few green chillies. when rice going to be ready.. put chicken pieces on top and dumm it.
  6. After dumm mix it n garnish it..ur yummmmy deggi biryani is ready to serve. servings 5 to 6
