The ingredients needed to make Bread Mithai:
  1. Prepare 6 Slices white bread
  2. Take 3 tbsp fresh malai (cream)
  3. Get 1/2 cup Rose syrup (Roohafja)
  4. Take As needed Some chopped dry fruits Almonds,Cashews, pistachios
  5. Get 1 tbsp powder sugar
  6. Get 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
Steps to make Bread Mithai:
  1. Take a bread slice and with the help of glass cut it in to the circular shape.
  2. In a bowl take thick cream and add sugar dry fruits in it and mix it well.
  3. Now take one circular bread and apply cream on it and put other circular bread on it and make a sandwich of it.Make all the sandwiches like this.
  4. Now dip these sandwiches in a rose syrup and gently press to release excess syrup,then coated with dessicated coconut.Our bread mithai is ready to eat.We can also serve it chilled.

Studies have found that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while at the same calming the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you become healthier. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to lift your moods too!
