Allow to boil properly then remove the fish so it doesn't vanish 😁, when the yam is getting soft add add palm oil and allow to boil then put back the fish and cover the pot for it to boil and be very soft then stir, as you stir the water begins to thicken cos the yam is melting 😋😋yummm
  3. Cut ur scented leaves and add it, stir and turn of heat immediately. Serve and enjoy your quick fix.

Studies show that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
