  1. Stem the meat and pomo. After which you add water to size you want and allow to boil before u put the palm oil, pepper and crayfish for it to boil very well
  2. You add Offor to help hold the soup and allow it to cook for some time before putting the fish once it boil very well you add the snail, esam knorr and salt to taste
  3. After few mins you add the uha leaf cook for 5mins and bring it down. Serve with any swallow of your chioce.
