These grains fill you up better and that can help you with your moods as well. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you feel famished! You digest these foods more quickly than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.

Studies prove that this particular amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body.
