The ingredients needed to make Chukku Kaappi - Ayurvedic Coffee:

  2. Take 1 Teaspoon Coffee powder
  3. Prepare 1 ginger Dried
  4. Make ready 1/2 - 3/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  5. Take 4 - 5 Tulsi Leaves

Instructions to make Chukku Kaappi - Ayurvedic Coffee:
  1. Take a pan. Pour 1 or 2 cups of water. Add Coffee powder, Dried Ginger, Pepper Powder, Cumin Seeds and Tulsi leave to the water.
  2. Boil the mix well.
  3. Pour the boiled mix to a cup. Add sugar or jaggery to taste.

Research has found that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that that green tea helps you feel better. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods also!
