  2. Then add in the water little by little until the batter becomes thick but still runny. Taste test.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Then take 1 tbsp of the batter. Do it until the pan is half full.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Do until everything is finished.

Studies have found that this particular amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You likely already knew it is not difficult to become healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know it can help raise your mood also!
